Chatwood reached a minor-league deal with San Francisco on Aug. 7, and he'll join the big-league club after posting four scoreless appearances for Triple-A Sacramento. The 31-year-old struggled in 30 appearances for the Blue Jays with a 5.46 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and 32:20 K:BB before being let go in late July.
