Zimmermann reportedly felt "really good" after he threw Friday and has a chance to progress to simulated games next week. The veteran has yet to make an appearance in 2020 after being placed on the 45-day injured list with forearm rightness just days before the season began. It seems as though Zimmermann is progressing well and could have a chance to debut before the regular season concludes.
