Atlanta Braves left-handed pitcher Cole Hamels (shoulder) was placed on the 10-day injured list prior to Mondays contest against Miami. Hamels injury is the latest in a long line of starting pitcher setbacks that Atlanta has experienced in 2020, as Hamels has made just one start this season in his own right. The timing of his IL placement means that Hamels is likely done for the regular season, although if healthy, hed likely return to the rotation for the postseason.
