"It's still there a little bit," Lee said Monday, but "it's getting better." Lee plans on joining the Phillies as they begin a six-game road trip through Washington and Cincinnati. He hopes to start a throwing program during this time. Manager Ryne Sandberg said, in reference to the possibility of Lee getting it going during this trip, "it's possible." There's still no concrete timetable here (the team had hoped he would be able to start a throwing program last week, too), but it's good to hear that the elbow's starting to feel better, even if it's not completely there.
