Casey Janssen tossed a scoreless inning against the Athletics on Friday for his sixth save of the season. After entering the ninth inning with a one-run lead, Janssen got Nick Punto to ground out and struck out Kyle Blanks swinging, but Coco Crisp followed with a double before stealing third base. However, Janssen got Jed Lowrie to ground out to second base to end it. The 32-year-old has seven scoreless appearances since coming off the disabled list.
