Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak said during an interview on CBS Sports 920 in St. Louis Friday that he expects Jake Westbrook (back) to go on the disabled list. It's debatable whether or not Westbrook is really injured, but either way the Cards are going to need a starter on Monday. Mozeliak said that Michael Wacha, Carlos Martinez and Tyler Lyons are all options but a decision had not yet been made. It's worth noting that Wacha appeared in relief Thursday, so he'd be going on three days' rest Monday. Martinez is currently scheduled to start Friday at Triple-A Memphis, so if he ends up getting scratched he will likely be the choice to take Westbrook's spot.
