The Giants' offense bailed Cain out in this one, making a big comeback to take the him off the hook for the loss. Even though he avoided his sixth loss of the season, the veteran's struggles continued of late, posting a 7.13 ERA and 1.0 K/BB ratio over his last eight starts. Three of his last four starts have been against favorable opponents, so Cain isn't even a streaming option until he shows some some life on the mound.
