Blue Jays sent RHP Mickey Storey outright to Triple-A Buffalo. The move clears a spot on the 40-man roster for Russ Canzler. Storey posted a 3.86 ERA and 1.22 WHIP in 30 1/3 innings this past season for the Astros.
