Philadelphia Phillies relief pitcher Blake Parker will likely make his team debut for his new club this week. Parker was designated for assignment by the Minnesota Twins last week. The veteran righty has a 4.21 ERA in 37 appearances with the Twins. He was a key piece to their pen to start the season, but Parker has been roughed up lately. Hopefully, he'll be able to make a difference in the injury-riddled Phillies bullpen.
