Billingsley (shoulder) will make a rehab start Tuesday with Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday, Stephen Gross of the Morning Call reports. Billingsley threw a bullpen session Tuesday and was expected to throw another Friday. It appears all went well, as he will now head out on a rehab assignment before rejoining the Phillies' rotation. It's unclear how many rehab starts he'll require, but a return at some point in June seems plausible.
