Billingsley (shoulder) tossed three scoreless innings in a rehab start for Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Tuesday. He allowed three hits and walked one. Billingsley threw 46 pitches in the outing. He is scheduled to make another rehab start Sunday. The Phillies have not yet announced the plan for Billingsley after his Sunday start. He could require one more rehab start before rejoining the team.
