Billingsley (shoulder) has been diagnosed with a Grade 2 lat strain and is expected to miss 4-to-6 weeks, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports. Billingsley hit the disabled list Sunday, but the Phillies did not initially release a recovery timetable. With the veteran now slated to miss a handful of starts, the Phillies called up Severino Gonzalez, who will have the first crack at sticking in the rotation when he takes the hill Wednesday.
