Billingsley (shoulder) allowed seven runs (five earned) on seven hits in 2.2 innings for Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Sunday. He struck out three, walked two and hit two batters. Billingsley threw 64 pitches in the outing. He is scheduled to go up to 85 pitches in his next outing Friday. That will likely be his final tune-up before returning to the Phillies at the beginning of July.
