Belisario exercised his opt out at Triple-A Durham on Monday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Belisario's decision to opt out of his deal means the Rays now have a decision of their own to make. The team has until Wednesday to recall Belisario to the majors, otherwise he'll be released. At this point, it's unclear which direction the Rays will go, but Belisario has 17 saves in 19 opportunities at Triple-A, so he may be worth a look at the major league level.
