Holland (shoulder) began a rehab assignment with Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday.

The left-hander has been sidelined nearly a month with shoulder inflammation, but he's now began the final stage of his rehab work. Holland will only be able to make a couple appearances at Toledo if he's to return before the start of the All-Star break next week.
