Beachy struck out three batters over two scoreless innings during Sunday's rehab start for Triple-A Oklahoma City, Pedro Moura of the Orange County Register reports. Making the second appearance of what figures to be a lengthy rehab assignment, Beachy reportedly threw his fastball in the range of 87-88 mph. He clearly still needs to build up arm strength, but the right-hander could be an option for the Los Angeles rotation (or bullpen) at some point around the All-Star break.
