Beachy (elbow) will throw to hitters this weekend for the first time since he had Tommy John surgery, Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reports. Beachy continues to work his way back from his second Tommy John surgery, and will take another step this weekend. He still has a ways to go, but if he can avoid setbacks, a return at some point in June seems likely.
