Beachy (elbow) is scheduled to throw another live batting practice session Wednesday, Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register reports. From there, Beachy will head to extended spring training for more simulated work before heading out on a rehab assignment. Beachy, who is coming off his second career Tommy John surgery, will likely require a lengthy stint in the minors, perhaps even the full 30 days.
