Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald reports that the Marlins have reached an agreement with Greg Dobbs. The financial details are not yet available. Dobbs, who was set to become a free agent this November, is batting .229/.305/.301 with two home runs and 22 RBI in 112 games this season for Miami while playing primarily at first base. He turned 35 years old in July.
