Barnes was claimed off waivers by the Blue Jays on Tuesday, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. Barnes was originally claimed by the Rangers off waivers on Dec. 8, but was designated for assignment just eight days later. The lefty reliever has struggled in the Cleveland farm system over the past two seasons, but will look to get back on track with his fourth different organization in less than two months.
