Baker started at first base Wednesday for the Marlins and delivered a solo home run, his only hit in four at-bats. The long ball was Baker's second of the season in 34 at-bats. He's been mostly limited to a reserve roll for the Marlins this year, but may see his playing time increase in the short term in a platoon with Justin Bour while Mike Morse (finger) remains on the DL.
