Harvey (knee) signed a minor-league contract with the Orioles on Friday, Nathan Ruiz of The Baltimore Sun reports.

Harvey was with Baltimore last season and struggled to a 6.27 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 95:37 K:BB over 127.2 innings (28 starts) before going down with knee inflammation in early September. The veteran right-hander is now presumably healthy, but he'll likely need to build up his workload in the minors after remaining unsigned throughout spring training. Even then Harvey isn't guaranteed to make his way to the majors.
