Aviles is 8-for-38 (.211) with one double and no walks or RBI in regular starting duty since July 16.
EDGE Analysis
Aviles is simply a stop-gap in the outfield while J.D. Martinez is out with injury. He is versatile and can play many positions, but at some point, he has to start contributing at the dish.
