Astros claimed RHP Philip Humber off waivers from the White Sox. Humber was a non-tender candidate after posting a 6.44 ERA and 85/44 K/BB ratio over 102 innings this past season. The 29-year-old right-hander projects to make a little over $1 million in his first year of arbitration, so he could eat some innings on the cheap for the rebuilding 'Stros.
