Kansas City Royals veteran outfielder Alex Gordon smacked a two-run single in the top of the fifth inning on Monday to tie the game and help the team eventually take the win. It was a nice change of pace for the longtime Royal, as he's finishing out another mediocre (at best) season with the team.
