Adams (shoulder) pitched a scoreless inning Tuesday for Triple-A Lehigh Valley, striking out one and getting two groundouts. It was Adams' first rehab appearance. He is scheduled to pitch again this weekend and will likely need a handful of outings before he rejoins the Phillies next month.
