Homer Bailey Dominates Once Again rotoballer.com Mon 6/24/19 12:04 PM

Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Homer Bailey took care of the Twins on Sunday with another strong performance. Bailey has now allowed just one earned run in his last 19 innings pitched, and he's won three straight outings. It's hard to trust Bailey,[...]

Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Homer Bailey has now thrown 13 2/3 straight innings of shutout ball. Bailey shut down the Mariners offense for 7 2/3 innings on Tuesday, giving him his second straight shutout win. Granted, his two matchups of the Tigers and Mariners are two of the worst offenses in baseball, but it's still an incredibly impressive accomplishment for a 33-year-old who has only had spurts of greatness. Bailey's outing against the Mariners was dominant as he struck out six and [...]

Kansas City Royals starting pitcher Homer Bailey was hit hard once again as he was chased in the fourth inning of Saturday's matchup in Texas. Bailey cruised through the first three innings of the start before unraveling in the fourth inning, in an early repeat of yesterday's performance by teammate Danny Duffy. Bailey also succumbed to the power of Joey Gallo as Gallo drilled a two-run shot to right-center field for his 17th of the year, and Bailey was eventually charged with four earned run[...]

Cardinals-Royals Rained Out on Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 5/21/19 3:52 PM

The scheduled game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday has been postponed because of inclement weather in the St. Louis area. There will be a day-night double header on Wednesday to make up for the rain out, and Tuesday's scheduled starters Michael Wacha and Homer Bailey are expected to just be pushed back a day to Wednesday. Wacha is the better fantasy starter, although his upside remains limited.
