New York Yankees starting pitcher CC Sabathia (knee) will return to the Yankees' starting rotation on Friday. He's been out since August 13 with mild inflammation in his right knee. He's been a solid option this season, holding a 7-4 record, 3.32 ERA, 1.28 WHIP, and 106/41 K/BB. He'll face the Orioles on Friday, so he'll be a fairly decent fantasy option for that contest.

New York Yankees starting pitcher CC Sabathia (knee) threw his normal bullpen session between starts on Friday and said his knee felt good. The team is hoping he will only miss one turn in the rotation and that he can come off the disabled list next week. The big left-hander could return early next week. He's been an under-the-radar fantasy contributor with a solid 3.32 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 106 strikeouts in 119 1/3 innings over 22 starts.
