Dozier went 2-for-4 with a double in Thursday's loss to the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran second baseman has put together his best week of the season, going 8-for-23 (.348) over the last seven games with two doubles, two homers and six RBI. Dozier's .210/.303/.369 slash line on the year is now just about on par with his 2018 numbers, so don't expect a big turnaround over the next four months.

Dozier went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run Tuesday against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Dozier reached base only once, but made it count by taking Zack Wheeler deep in the seventh inning to record his seventh homer of the season. He's shown signs of life at the plate of late, recording two multi-hit games and a homer across the team's weekend series against the Cubs. Despite the short run of strong production, Dozier is still hitting just .207/.304/.367 across 171 plate appearances for the season.

Dozier is not in the lineup Monday against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
Dozier will head to the bench for Monday's series opener after starting the past three games for the Nationals, going 5-for-11 with a homer and four RBI during those contests. In his place, Howie Kendrick is covering the keystone and hitting fifth.

Dozier went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in Saturday's 5-2 win over the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
His second-inning shot off Jon Lester was Dozier's sixth homer of the year, but his first since May 4. The second baseman is heating up at the plate, hitting .324 (11-for-34) over the last 10 games, but his .211/.313/.359 slash line on the season remains poor.

Dozier went 3-for-4 with a double, two RBI and a walk Friday night against the Cubs.
EDGE Analysis
Dozier plated a pair of runs in the ninth inning on a double to left field, but the game had already been decided by that point. Prior to Friday night's showdown, the 32-year-old had gone hitless in three straight games, but he managed to increase his batting average from .187 to .203 with the help of a three-hit performance.

Dozier is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The Nationals' extensive injury woes have allowed Dozier to stick in the lineup for the past 13 games, but the steady playing time hasn't helped spark his dormant bat. Dozier has gone just 8-for-46 (.174 average) with 15 strikeouts over that stretch, sinking his season line to .187/.288/.313. Trea Turner (finger) appears poised to return from the 10-day injured list this weekend, which could result in Wilmer Difo poaching more playing time from Dozier at second base. It's also possible that Howie Kendrick draws more starts at the keystone in place of Dozier while Gerardo Parra slots in more regularly at first base.

Dozier went 0-for-3 with a strikeout in Tuesday's loss to the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
The 32-year-old has shown occasional flickers of life with the bat, but for the most part Dozier's first campaign with the Nats has been a disaster. He's slashing .192/.295/.323 through 39 games with five homers but only seven RBI, and if Washington is going to climb back over .500 and into playoff contention over the summer, it will need more production from the keystone -- whether Dozier's the one providing it or not.

Dozier went 2-for-4 with a solo home run in a 10-8 victory against the Phillies on Saturday.
EDGE Analysis
Despite the multi-hit night, Dozier is still under the Mendoza line at .194. He came into the night 1-for-11 in the last four games. Dozier does have five home runs, but with only seven RBI and 11 runs -- coupled with his batting average -- he is one of the biggest early season disappointments of 2019.

Dozier is not in the lineup Wednesday against the Cardinals.
EDGE Analysis
Dozier sits for the first time in two weeks. He hit just .200 since his last time out of the lineup but did manage three homers and an .810 OPS. Wilmer Difo will start at second base.

Dozier went 1-for-2 with two walks and a three-run home run in Monday's loss to the Rockies.
EDGE Analysis
The second baseman has gone yard three times in the last four games after popping only one homer in his first 15 games as a Nat. Dozier's .188/.268/.391 slash line still needs a lot of work, but it could look much healthier at the end of this week's series in Coors Field.
