Brad Miller Expected to Lose Playing Time rotoballer.com Thu 7/19/18 2:02 PM

Milwaukee Brewers infielder Brad Miller has struggled with the bat since joining the Brewers organization this season. Miller has seen plenty of playing time at second base, but could be looking at some off days this weekend. The Dodgers have lefties Rich Hill, Clayton Kershaw, and Alex Wood lined up for this weekend against the Brewers. Expect Miller to see plenty of the bench during this series and won't be an option in fantasy leagues.

This column has spent a lot of time covering prospects so far in 2018. We've had some calls that proved correct (Shane Bieber, Ronald Acuna, Fernando Romero) and others that don't look as great in hindsight (Juan Soto, Gleyber Torres). This column will begin to focus on the fantasy impacts of players switching team[...]

There was perhaps a more telling symbol of his value to the team that happened away from the cameras. Brad Miller Sitting, C.J. Cron Starting Tuesday rotoballer.com Tue 6/5/18 12:56 PM

Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Brad Miller will sit against right-handed pitcher Max Scherzer. Surprisingly, the Rays will roll with right-handed hitter C.J. Cron at first base over the left-handed Miller. Over the course of his career Miller has had more success against right-handed than left-handed pitchers. However, in 2018, he actually has a marginally better average when facing left-handed pitchers. Cron has actually had more success than Miller against right-handed pitchers with eight hom[...]
