Giants manager Bruce Bochy said Friday that Matt Cain's right elbow "has been cranky." Now we know why Cain had his arm wrapped Friday and why he won't pitch until the team's fifth game of the second half. It doesn't appear at this point to be a major concern, but obviously a red flag goes up anytime the elbow is involved. Cain is slated to face the Phillies on Tuesday.
