ESPN's Buster Olney reports that "there continues to be a possibility" that CC Sabathia will require microfracture surgery on his right knee. Olney notes that such a procedure would leave the big left-hander with "an uncertain pitching future." Sabathia underwent an MRI and is slated to visit with Dr. James Andrews after experiencing swelling in the knee following a rehab start Wednesday. More should be known about Sabathia's status sometime over the weekend, but his situation is sounding more ominous by the day.
