Tony Cingrani has been placed on Triple-A Louisville's disabled list with a left shoulder strain. Cingrani also missed time earlier this season with the big club due to a shoulder injury. It's not clear at this point how much time he might miss. He had yet to make an appearance for Louisville after being sent down last week.
