Orioles manager Buck Showalter said Sunday that it's unlikely Matt Wieters (elbow) will be ready to return in the next two weeks. Wieters did some more throwing Sunday and said he felt better than when he threw Friday. Still, he'll be on an every-other-day progression for a while as the Orioles ease him back into things. They must make a decision by July 1 whether Wieters will undergo season-ending surgery.
