Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said that Roy Halladay is dealing with a "dead arm." Sandberg noted that Halladay doesn't have any pain in his shoulder or elbow, which is obviously good news. The skipper is unsure whether Doc will make his final start of the season, but it would be a surprise if he does. Halladay lasted only three batters Monday before being pulled.
