Luis Jimenez left Saturday's game against the Rangers with a right thumb contusion. Jimenez was hit by a pitch in the fourth inning, the likely cause of the injury. He was left in to bat in the sixth inning before Andrew Romine took over for him at third base in the seventh. Jimenez had doubled and scored in the game before exiting.
