Vernon Wells went 0-for-3 in Saturday's loss to the Rays. Wells entered Saturday's action hitting .321 (18-for-56) this month, but he hasn't homered since way back on May 15. His playing time figures to dry up once Curtis Granderson comes off the disabled list.
