Desmond won his third straight NL Silver Slugger award on Thursday. His batting average dropped this season to .255, but Desmond still racked up his third straight 20 HR-20 SB season and set a career high with 91 RBI. He'll be eligible from free agency after 2015, assuming he doesn't sign an extension with the Nationals, so don't look for Desmond to slack off next season.
