Morrow's $10 million club option for 2015 was declined by the Jays on Saturday, SportsNet's Shi Davidi reports. Since Morrow began starting games in the big leagues in 2008, he has gone from an electric arm that was worth the injury risk, to a less effective option that could not stay healthy. It will be interesting to see where he goes in free agency, and even more interesting to see if another team is willing to give him a shot to stick in a starting rotation, after he posted a 5.67 ERA in 33.1 innings last season.
