Bumgarner pitched 7.1 innings, allowing four runs on six hits (three of which were home runs) and no walks, while striking out five in a loss to the Dodgers Tuesday. Bumgarner tried to complete the eighth inning but ran into trouble when he allowed another home run to Justin Turner (his second of the game) and was pulled shortly after. He is still having a fantastic season, as he now boasts a 2.98 ERA, 1.09 WHIP and 219:43 K:BB in 217.1 innings. He'll make one more start on the season Sunday, when he takes on the Padres at home.
