Zimmerman (hamstring) was activated from the disabled list Saturday, MLB.com's Amanda Comak reports. Zimmerman suffered the hamstring injury July 22, and missed 55 games because of it. He will add another big bat to a lineup that already runs deep with talent. It will be interesting to see how the Nats' decide to work Zimmerman into the lineup with Anthony Rendon having a good season and the team adding Asdrubal Cabrera at second base. Zimmerman also can play some left field, so he may be moved around in a utility fashion.
