Hellickson labored through 4.1 innings against the White Sox on Friday night, giving up four earned runs on seven hits and two walks while recording just one strikeout. Hellickson has struggled mightily with command as of late and that has predictably led to lackluster results. Over his last five outings, the Rays' righty has posted a 6.17 ERA and 1.84 WHIP while issuing a dozen free passes across 23.1 innings. Hellickson could be in line for one more turn in the rotation, which would likely come Thursday versus the Red Sox or during next weekend's series in Cleveland.
