Victorino (back) was transferred to the 60-day DL on Monday. With Triple-A pitching prospect Matt Barnes joining the big league club Monday, the Sox will move Victorino to the 60-day DL to clear room on the 40-man roster. Victorino, who underwent surgery last week, is expected to be ready for spring training.
