This comes as no surprise, considering a lefty in Drew Smyly is on the hill for Tampa and De Aza is just 8-for-76 (.105 average) against southpaws this season. De Aza sat out Friday as well against a right-hander, so it seems safe to say he will only play intermittently with Baltimore.
