Lee (elbow) was transferred to the 60-day DL on Monday, Stephen Gross of The Morning Call reports. The move to the 60-day DL will open up space on the 40-man roster for the Phillies, who are expected to promote a slew of players Tuesday. Though the Phillies haven't explicitly said so, Lee can almost certainly be ruled out for a return this season due to a recurrence of a left flexor pronator strain.
