Cruz made his one hit count Monday, cracking a home run off of Glen Perkins in the Orioles' loss to the Twins. Cruz's home run was his 36th of the year�three more than Chris Carter and Jose Abreu in the AL and two better than Giancarlo Stanton in the NL. The veteran's batting average has been slipping for the past few months, but the power and RBI numbers should remain strong through the end of the season.
