McLouth will receive a second opinion on his ailing shoulder, Mark Zuckerman of CSNwashington.com reports. McLouth's shoulder is simply not responding to treatment as expected, so the Nats will send him for another opinion. He still has not resumed baseball activities and an estimated return timetable likely won't be established until he's cleared to do so.
