Tulowitzki (thigh) will see a specialist Wednesday to discuss treatment options, MLB.com's Thomas Harding reports. He hasn't played since July 19 due to a strained left hip flexor, but the Rockies think there could be an issue with the labrum in his hip, and will send him to see orthopedic surgeon Dr. Marc Philippon on Wednesday. Even if there is labrum damage, there's a chance that the issue would simply require rest and rehab and Tulowitzki could return some time this season, but given his past history, owners are surely wary of getting their hopes up. Hopefully we'll know more about Tulowitzki's timetable following Wednesday's meeting.
