Reds optioned LHP Tony Cingrani to Triple-A Louisville. Cingrani walked in the winning run in Thursday's loss to the Pirates, which as it turns out was the final straw. The lefty was removed from the Reds' rotation last week and is probably best off staying stretched out in Louisville's rotation.
