FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal has heard from two sources that Matt Wieters' throwing program is not going well and elbow surgery "looks increasingly likely." But a third source told Rosenthal that it's "too early to make a determination" and that the rehabbing catcher has "good days and bad." Wieters has been out since early May with a right elbow strain. A decision on the elbow surgery -- which would be season-ending -- is expected to be made by July 1. Caleb Joseph and Nick Hundley will continue to serve as Baltimore's catchers.
